Good

Liked: The staff is very friendly. There is a beautiful view of the sea nearby if you walk across the bridge. There is also a city park across the road where you can relax. Most establishments and coffee shops (KFC, Macdonalds, etc.) are within walking distance. If you are lucky, the festival area is 2 streets away. It is close enough to get there and far enough away that you don't have to worry about the noise from the festivals. But the most memorable thing is the staff, always smiling. They helped to lower the baggage when leaving and will help if a problem appears. I recommend it, I'm glad tgat I chose this hotel.
Disliked: The city center can be noisy, be prepared for that :)

Little disappointed

Liked: For the price I would say it was a fair room to stay at. Plus it was really close to the tram and bus stops so easy access to the city. And the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The one thing that disappointed me the most was the shower curtain. It was so dirty it had a very bad smell it was moldy.

Liked: Close location to transport, quiet etc, fridge/ aircon in room
Disliked: Bathroom leaking badly - sink/ cracked toilet, shower - no kettle/ option to make tea

Liked: I like the location, the price, the staff, the place it's an old hotel but is very nice
