Modern & Comfortable Stay in...

Liked: I enjoyed the modern and clean rooms, the comfortable beds, and the great location close to key attractions in Guadalajara. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel had a stylish design, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which was a big plus for me.
Disliked: The walls were a bit thin, so noise from the hallways and neighboring rooms could be heard at times. Also, the air conditioning took a while to cool down the room properly. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Liked: The customer service from the gentleman from the night shift
Disliked: Everything customer service from the lady's from the day shift they are VERY RUDE they aren't LGBTQ Friendly, the only person who had a good customer service was the gentleman from the night shift, they upcharged to extend the stay and if you're paying with card they also upcharge even more.. Rooms aren't cleared very well bathroom has a weird smell

They uncharged to extend the stay and if you was paying with a card they also uncharged... Really dad customer service from the lady's from the day shift they are VERY RUDE the one person that has an excellent attitude and customer service was the gentleman from the night shift...
