Liked: Good location 5m walk from Porta Susa (so direct access to airport and metro) and some 20m walk to Palazzo Reale. Close supermaketReception is 24/7 and staff was receptive and helpful. It is possible to safely store luggage after checkout.Room is very clean
Disliked: Noise on corridors in the morning

Cheap, clean and convenient

Liked: Very clean, very spacious ( we were given an apartment on 1st floor) and not far from the railway station Very good value.
Disliked: The heating couldn't be turned off so it was rather warm! A big apartment but quite barren with no character/ kitchen utensils/ anything! Didnt feel like we were staying in a hotel at all.

Excellent hotel. Should get more...

Liked: The location was great, close to the train station but also just a few minutes by walk to the center of the town. The room was on the 5th floor, it was enormous and even had a small kitchen in a separate room included which was a surprise. Im wondering if we got an upgrade to be honest. It was very clean.
Disliked: The only thing i didnt like was the attitude of the receptionist who did our check out. She was very rude about the balance remaining to be paid and spoke in an arrogant way. All the other receptionist were very kind and helpful, she was the only one not nice and unprofessional. I would certainly go back again and recommend it. Hotel should have more stars !!!
