Very bad impression

Liked: Location
Disliked: Terrible noise at night from building pipes or pumps, after late long flight had to replace room twice, until moved to another section of the hotel.Front desk employee admitted there is a problem, and that they are aware of the noise.Why you are offering such room to your guests

Lovely 1-Night stay at this...

Liked: Loved the location next to the Metro station.Lovely staff who allowed an early check-in.Spacious room and bathroom.Appreciated the everything free minibar.
Disliked: My room did not have any view.Not the hotel's fault, but the metro station next to the hotel is not great while trying to get down with luggage as escalators don't work early morning. Keep in mind if you have to leave early.

Great hotel in city centre...

Liked: This was our second visit en route to/from Singapore. We arrived at 7:30 am expecting to be told we had to wait for our room until check in. Not at all, we were given our room which was great as we could recover from our flight. Really helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds in quiet location, minutes from city centre. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice.
