Bar was open late. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Definitely will stay again.

Outrageous pet fee, but great...

Liked: Everything to like, luxury at a very decent price.
Disliked: Surprise $75 pet fee. Usual fee for similar accommodation is between $20 and $30. The fee was not listed in the description and the staff did not respond to my inquiry. I paid the $75, because I was already there and ready to be in for the night. I think people with pets need to be informed of the amount ahead of time.

Horrible air conditioner

Liked: The breakfast group is wonderful. I love how close it was to the expo center.
Disliked: The air conditioner sucks. We could not get it below 75° in the room. The front desk staff acted like you were an inconvenience or they didn't like their jobs. The air conditioner was a big issue for me. I can not sleep in a room that hot so I didn't get much sleep in the 3 nights we were there.
