Disliked: - Smart tv but no Netflix on the tv or any app- The room I booked was meant to have a bath but there was no bath- The layout of the room was very awkward and the toilet was too far away from the sink - No iron in the room

Disliked: 1 elevator. Almost always busy Breakfast poor, small place in the basement of the building. Not worth it to pay for this. Go to small coffee shops in the surroundings.

Liked: The room and facilities are high specs, from the excellent bed to the Penhaligon toiletries. The rooftop gives the best views of the city.
