Liked: Our stay was at the <> part. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room was prepared and given to us immediately after we arrived, at 7 a. m., before the official time. This is very rare among European hotels. The rooms are really big and clean, additionally we had a free upgrade. In my opinion, this hotel doesn’t quite match a 5-star rating. The breakfast was extremely weak.

Best possible location to enjoy...

Liked: Location was perfect, walking distance from everything you want to see in Vienna. Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Service was phenomenal. Late evening free snacks were a great treat. Room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice.
