Liked: There is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. Please do not waste your time.
Disliked: All the rooms are extremely cold. There is no single drop of hot water in the taps even to wash your hands or brush your teeth at -1° weather. Their Internet barely works too. No hot water in the facility at the 7th floor in the extremely harsh cold weather condition only at the kitchen all the way at the ground floor which you literally have to beg the staffs for. Almost caught pneumonia from 3 days stay at this hotel. Their bathroom was extremely cold to have a hot shower. No heating in the hotel. Very terrible hotel. Please do not waste your money.

Liked: The staff I dealt with were all lovely and certainly the best part about this hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately found a bedbug crawling across my bed on my second night, which is obviously very bad. Thankfully I was moved into a different (much nicer) room.Other negatives:- beds/ mattresses not clean. Sheets stained (possibly by cigarettes)- staircase difficult to climb, especially if on a high floor.- shared shower is small and very impractical. Layout makes it difficult to avoid clothes getting wet. Cannot change the temperature so if it’s not warm enough for you then tough.- wifi does not work very well and the code is only provided upon asking reception (rather than left in rooms).- heaters in rooms don’t work very well so they can get cold.- overall not a very clean hotel.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Honestly is unacceptable that on 2025 a hotel in a city like Paris have no lift! I was allocated at 6th floor (also an old man was at 6th floor, door next to me I heard him many times suffering about the stairs) Except the room the rest of the hotel was not really warm!

It's good for travel alone...

Liked: 1. Good location2. Shared bathroom and toilet are so clean3. Although the room isn't warm, the bed is warm
Disliked: There isn't any lift, and the steps are small, don't suggest big luggage

Disliked: the staff was moody and made you leave the key to the room in reception whenever you left hotel even if it was just to go grab some food, also not the cleanest toilet/bathroom

Disliked: I saw a mouse in my room which is very disgusting . The worst experience in my trip . Couldn’t take photo if mouse since it was very fast.
