Disliked: Staff manager is badBefore leaving we were sitting in the hall, the reservation manager was litterally insulting another person from the staff in front of the clients… this is so sad, felt bad for this person

Nice hotel in convenient location.

Liked: Spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Amazing breakfast buffet with wonderful staff.Close to Porta garibaldi station and metro from which it was easy to get to my work meetings and the airport. Only downside was the climate control in the room. I stayed in early spring and while it was mild outside the room was 25 degrees Celsius which I find way too warm to sleep. Staff told me to turn off the heater and open the window but in the morning it was still 25, very strange.

Very pleasurable, just a shame...

Liked: The location was great for access to the train/metro, shopping area and restaurants. We appreciated a 12pm check out and the staff very friendly. Room was spacious.
Disliked: Unfortunately they didn’t have the air conditioning turned on. Opening the window allowed the noise from the bars and club.

Nice hotel directly next to...

Liked: It’s a very nice hotel, the staff was friendly and the accommodation is nice. However, if you like to sleep with the window open for fresh air, mind you there is no ac outside of 3-4 months in the summer so it can be quite stuffy in the rooms, and struggle with loud noise then this hotel might not be for you. It is located directly next to a large nightclub with people partying, yelling, breaking glass until 5am. We left for our train at 6 and the police were there trying to get people to leave so it was difficult to get our taxi. If you don’t mind the window closed then you can’t hear a thing, very great sound proofing, but it is still rowdy in the area.

Good hotel in good location....

Liked: The air con wasn’t working in our room. It was uncomfortably warm even in March. We opened the windows but it was too noisy to keep open all night

Great hotel well located for...

Liked: Clean, modern hotel 3 minute walk to shops, restaurants and one of the larger rail stations. Friendly helpful staff. Delicious choice of food for breakfast. Option to upgrade to use virgin active next door (although we didn’t have time)
