Hotel Tiffany Milano, Trezzano Sul Naviglio

Convenient, complete and welcoming.

Liked: Simple, but complete, indeed, beyond expectations. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: I appreciated the availability of the fitness room, the room equipped with sockets and connectivity much higher than average. There is also a safe. Everything very welcoming.

Liked: The only thing that we like in this hotel is breakfast.
Disliked: It is far to be 4 star hotel, no wifi in rooms, only in reception and in kitchen, small but clean rooms, but not comfortable, we have been in march, it is cold at room, we say about it on reception but nothing changed, they do nothing, in rooms there isn’t conditioning.

Liked: Breakfast was quite good and rich. The room was quite clean and the beds awere comfortable. The location was suitable for my purpose and it was close to where I had to go. My room was on the back and it was quite enough. For a night it is OK.
Disliked: The room is equipped with a a wardrobe, but there were no hangers where to place jackets or shirts.I would not recommend to have a room in the front of the hotel, because it's on a main avenue and it can be noisy.If you are a tourist aiming to go to Milan, I would not stay here bacause it's too far. Also, the area is rather isolated and restaurants and bars are not close by.

Liked: We had a 6 night stay during festive season and New Year's eve/day. Hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable even though of lack of service and facilities
Disliked: Room service not available which is a shame for a 4 star hotel. There is a bar in reception and when you ask for something to drink it's like they don't want to do it for you-grumpy faces. Breakfast very poor for a 4 star hotel. Every morning same food not a variation at all. Hotel not close to Milan Center and hotel location is boring - no shops, no attractions , to travel around it's a headache as ypu need to use a lot of transport going and back. Towel heater not working in bathroom. No kettle available in room which for a 4 star hotel it's a must to give the client convenient facilities of a 4 star service as it is supposed to be..
