Always A Pleasure

Liked: We always stay here and always have a great stay, location is very walkable to the Tequila Festival, Revolution Street, Caesar's Restaurant, The Red Dragon
Disliked: No fridge in the room and this time we heard outside noise

Watch the staff will try...

Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: When I checked in they said they never received the change request. I showed them my confirmation and they said THEY didn’t have it and charged me $60 extra to downgrade!!!!!! The bartender tried to charge us over $200 US dollars for 4 shots of tequila then apologized. Felt like I they were up to no good ! You have to really review EVERYTHING there cuz they will rip you off!
