Zaragoza was a lovely city

Liked: Location and front of house staff
Disliked: Bed hard room shabby and although bed was clean shower was not brilliant and all functions didn’t work Hairdryer was also broken but worked

Good

Liked: Excellent location for visiting the Basilica and surrounds. The beds were good and the staff were pleasant.
Disliked: It was very warm and we had no way to control the heating, so we had to open a window for a while. Someone was smoking in the room below or beside ours, so we then had to close the window. Therefore, it was hard to maintain our comfort.

Best Christmas for a long...

Liked: Zaragoza is the best city to spend Christmas. Every one was friendly.
Disliked: With it being December it was cold, but we prepared for it. It didn't spoil our holiday

Very noisy at night dated...

Liked: Nice surroundings
Disliked: Very dated and used the shower isn’t what the photos show it’s a poorly fitted mixer tap in a old cubicle
