Perfectly located hotel

Liked: Absolutely perfect location and very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The little kitchen was not really clean, the kettle didn’t fuction and there was no hot water (in the kitchen). Could invest in better lighting as well.

Liked: The women who (I believe) runs the hotel is very kind and available.
Disliked: We had no water in the room, every morning at 7.30 they started making a lot of noise by opening and closing doors to clean and speak to each other. We took a water during the night (3.50€ a 200ml little water since we had nothing in our room not even glasses to drink from the tap) and although we had a lot of unpleasant stuff (works on the roof that had access on the roof right next to our room, entered the hotel room without knocking and just opening thinking we weren’t there -they needed to check the heater since the room was very cold when we arrived-) and despite on all these things they didn’t even offered the water. Also, the pictures of the rooms are completely not the as the real conditions. The real ones are old furnished, with dirty moquette (all over the hotel with stains) and difficulties to open the window. I am just sorry for the only women who works hard alone and tries to manage everything.Overall I would not come back to this hotel.
