It was warm and cozy.

Disliked: Everything was perfect except the air conditioner which didn’t worked well, but receptionist was so kind and she regulated that.

Liked: We always use this Hotel in Eindhoven as it's comfortable, clean and in a great location for restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bedside tables too small

Liked: OK location, clean I guess.
Disliked: It’s extremely basic - you don’t even get a face towell. No breakfast, no gym, no working desk, no wardrobe area. Bathroom improvised, sink in the middle of the room, shower leaks under the door as is next to your bed.

Disliked: staff refused request for extra pillow and sheet. Aircon in the room was locked and uncontrollable 27 degrees was too hot and stuffy I got an immediate sore throat and dry cough. there's no tea or coffee option In room . you have to pay extra for everything. no hair dryer etc you need to ask staff who were not helpful. I've never been to a hotel where they refused to give me a clean sheet.
