Exceptional

Liked: I thought it was exceptional. Easy parking. Private spa. Great rooms. Good location. I hadn't prebooked the spa so they did that for us late evening. Loved it. I suggest prebooking it though. Good breakfast. An experience to remember. It was a jail previously. Loved little facts lying around.

Very good

Liked: Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Nice and charming environment. I had to be at an event in ING Arena (former Palais12) which was only a 12 minutes drive from the hotel. I would stay here again.
Disliked: If I had to pick one point of improvement it was that at arrival there was nobody at the reception because the lady doing the check-in was serving people at the cafe. Nevertheless, the lady was very nice and professional and apologized for the delay and I was not in a rush so it did not bother me that much.

Liked: Big and specious rooms, great breakfast.
Disliked: No WiFi in the rooms. We had only 2 towels for 4 people.
