Excellent

Liked: Clean. Good location. Only hotel in the area with a gym. The staff let us check our bags and dropped the off in our room by the time we returned for check in. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Pillows were really flat.

Beautiful suite for a couples...

Liked: We stayed in the suite with the hottub in the room. It was really something different and so lovely. Loved the main bar and piano, the pool outside was lovely had it have been slightly warmer weather. Great rooms and lovely lighting in the corridors and rooms.
Disliked: We didn’t know about the £200 credit card deposit and it was a bit of an inconvenience trying to get sorted with cash.

Exceptional

A taste of luxury within...

Liked: A luxury hotel conveniently located within a 12-15 minute safe and easy walk from Rome Termini. We particularly enjoyed our 'Junior Suite' with jacuzzi bath. The outdoor pool (unheated) and sun terrace were also a lovely feature of the Hotel, and the magnificently appointed Grand Hall which serves as a Bar, Lounge and Conference venue. The Restaurant is on the first floor terraces overlooking the Grand Hall, where a substantial buffet breakfast is served - plentiful and catering for all tastes.
Disliked: For the price we paid for the suite, it would have been good for a visit to the Spa to have been included!

The hotel served its purpose....

Liked: The staff were lovely, and very quick to resolve issues we had.
Disliked: We were in room 030 to begin. Very dark, no mirror outside of the bathroom. The shower wouldn’t close and the plug was not working. The finish on the room was poor, and no coffee machine. We then had an issue when the plug was fixed that there was a horrendous drain smell in the room. We went to the reception and we moved rooms. New room was a lot better but the finish was still not well finished.

Fantastic stay. Would return

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely facilities. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Would recommend and would stay there again. The spa is 5* clean facilities, lovely treatments, so peaceful and relaxing. Could not fault anything from our stay

Exceptional

Liked: Location was very good, it was close to Castro Pretorio metro so it was very easy to get around the city, also only a 20 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. All the staff very nice and they let us leave our luggage there on our final day while we waited for the flight. There was always somebody at the desk and they always greeted you as you pass.

Disliked: Noisy internally and externally
