Very good

Liked: The staff were excellent and the metro was close.
Disliked: The pool. It was not heated and pretty much unusable. This should be made clear before booking.

Liked: We had such a lovely stay here - nice location to termini train station too . Staff were so friendly and helpful and the spa is 100% worth a visit

Liked: Good breakfast - lots of choice- bacon, eggs, cold meats and cheese, pastries , fruit, cereals and yoghurt). Pool was nice to sit by but a little too cold to swim as only April. Enjoyed the bar area in evening with Max playing piano. Reception staff very helpful. Quiet room Good location. Close to Termini station and approx 25 min walk to trevi fountain and Spanish steps.
Disliked: Beds a little hard and room a little too hot.
