Will NEVER GO BACK JUST...

Liked: The front desk guy needs to learn customer service, we were there for a wedding and got there (FROM OUT OF TOWN ) around 1pm the wedding started at 2 pm , the rooms were already ready they needed to do nothing to get us in there was no customers around and he CHARGED US 30.00Extra dollars to check in ( TO CHANGE CLOTHES AND LEAVE TO OUR WEDDING) I even ask him are you serious ? The room was already ready to me you will NEVER HAVE US BACK THERE and we come to Halletsville a lot for dove hunting we thought we would try this hotel because it was the nicer one in town BUT YOU GOT A ONE AND DONE CUSTOMER WE EILL NEVER GO BACK .
Disliked: The guy at the desk has the personality of a rock with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL . We own our own business and if my employee treated my customer like he treated us they wouldn’t work for us ever again . I HAVE NEVER EVER IN MY 64 YEARS OF LIFE WRITTEN A REVIEW GOOD OR BAD I JUST LET LIFE BE AS IT IS . I CANNOT BELIEVE SOMEONE WOULD CHARGE AN OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMER 30.00’EXTRA TO CHANGE CLOTHES AND LEAVE WHEN YOU HAD TO DO NOTHING EXTRA TO ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMER.

All in all this is...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Better than what we expected. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: No bath soap in shower. Two shampoo's and a conditioner.Sink has the soap dispensers mislabeled... hand soap and hand lotion... mislabeled.

We loved it.

Liked: Nice hotel setting, staff very friendly, daily breakfast great, ice and coffee available 24 hours. Refrigerator, microwave tv in room great for leftovers and all working.
Disliked: Nothing.

I wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: Location close
Disliked: The beds were absolutely horrible. Mattress was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. The room was musty and smelled funny.
