Meets expectations and more for...

Liked: Big clean room and large comfortable bed . Also exceptional sized bathroom . Very close to train station . Trams to city centre ( less than 10 minutes) from right outside hotel.
Disliked: Very nice bath but not really possible to have shower .

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Older hotel that is well kept and clean. Bed was comfortable and staff very helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel location is excellent. Directly across street from train station, and easy walk to downtown areas, aerial tram, and several restaurants.

Liked: Very convenient location when arriving by train. Slept well and had a good breakfast. As my planning changed, I worked for 2 hours in their breakfast room after checking out. More relax than having to look for a co-working space or bar. Friendly staff.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and it was in a great location to take the train.
Disliked: There was construction going on. The AC didn’t work. There were dirty dishes left in the room and the sink was filthy. We room was very worn and outdated.

Good location for an uncomplicated...

Liked: Good location and very friendly staff. Parking is very French-like in a backyard right next to the hotel, at a fair price. One can see the owners are investing in the place recently, which is good. Everything was clean and okay for the price requested.
Disliked: Someone must have taken a smoke in our room recently… not the hotel‘s fault but nevertheless uncomfortable.
