Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was nice.

Liked: Location was excellent, just across the road from the TGV station.
Disliked: The room had few facilities and was very noisy with poor sound insulation from the adjacent room.The room was on the third floor but the lift was. not working between the first and second floor requiring me to carry up the suitcase as there was only a female receptionist to help.She was helpful in the circumstances unlike the male who had been on duty earlier in the day.

Liked: Fantastic location if you are arriving late by train as we were. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent value for money and a great way to get ahead on the day. Highly recommended for a first visit to Marseille. The brasserie next door was also great for a late dinner.
Disliked: The place has a hostel vibe, but that's ok.

Liked: The location is excellent, right across from the train station if you’re traveling by train. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the room is clean.
Disliked: The pillows are uncomfortable, and the room doesn’t quite look like the pictures. For that price, you can find better accommodation.
