Disliked: It’s been already a month and I still did not get my deposit back, it’s locked in my bank account! They promised that I will have it back in maximum 7 workdays. This is not professional at all!

I always enjoy staying here.

Liked: Staff friendly and patient with my broken French. They were also very accommodating and did not cast 'shame' when I had an "issue" with the toilet. Thank you. For me the colors in the room felt warm and inviting. It was a real treat having a bathtub!
Disliked: I can't really think of anything...but maybe another outlet would be nice...near the bed.
