Liked: Friendly, helpful staff at reception; very clean room and bathroom; convenient location for long distance train travellers.
Disliked: When I stayed here before as a solo traveller I had a decent sized single bed. This time we were two people; the single beds were narrow and therefore not comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was styled like a wet room; after you used the shower, water was over most of the bathroom floor. The shower needs a proper cubicle. The price was high considering all this.

Liked: The location is perfect when getting off the train. There’s a metro and bus stop and e bikes that you can use for going to your destination. Lobby is updated. But the rooms were ancient. Old bed old sofas bathroom shower had literally 1 swinging door water came out the back. Heater took for ever to heat up
Disliked: They need to update the whole room. Sink stopper had to be removed because the water would not drain. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in years. Everything was orange felt like I was in the 70s. My wife didn’t even want to sit on the old orange couch cuz they were also very filthy

Liked: Excellent, caring staff; perfect location, very good breakfast (convenient hours starting from 5:30am); very clean
Disliked: Perhaps just a function of the location of the property and the fact that the building is older, but it was very noisy (and very little sound insulation from the street which is facing a major railway station busy at all times)
