We loved our stay!

Liked: The view and location were perfect. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great. The general feel of the place was lovely and we were very happy and comfortable there.
Disliked: Lack of lifts but not really a problem except for when carrying heavy cases.

Liked: Great breakfast, room, location.
Disliked: Bathroom was badly organised - and the shower was stuck. The loo was so close to the wall it was almost impossible to use.

Liked: The hotel was exactly as expected, rooms were spacious and very clean. Everything looked exactly as in the pictures and the view of the canal was very nice.The breakfast had a good range of products and everything was fresh and nicely presented.
Disliked: The staff could handle more diplomatically the topic of people wanting to refill their water bottles at breakfast, though this in no way impacts the quality of the stay.
