Short stay for ASU graduation.

Liked: Location, by ASU. Check in was easy since I had preregistered, but all of front desk staff were kind.Room decorated well, but small. Coffee maker was a nice touch. I did use the mini-fridge.
Disliked: Stone marquee with the adress is unlit. I passed the location twice due to the non descriptive entry.Front check in actually by the pool oddly configured. Bathroom door NEVER closed during my stay. Pool area is small, all chairs loungers were dirty and a broken cabinet greeted us when we arrived. Our initial welcome message stated there was a small bar in the lobby. That is an understatement. 3 chairs at the lobby counter. OKStaff didn't tell us there is a back area to relax with a brew.
