Not worth what we paid

Liked: Location
Disliked: Carpet in room was filthy dirty (see pics). Went down to check out breakfast early, came back a little later and nothing was refilled - no more bananas, no more muffins, trash overflowing, OJ dispenser out of order and the waffle mix dispenser does not work properly which hotel staff is well aware of. My guess is the nozzle is clogged but no one will take the time to clean it out. We were still sitting there at 9am finishing our meal when they decided to start cleaning up; my son got up to grab a yogurt and they had already locked the fridge. They couldn’t even ask if we had gotten what we needed before locking everything down. So we packed our car before 11am, I realized I had forgotten an item and hadn’t checked out yet so ran back to the room and by 11:05 my key card was deactivated.

Tempe Beach Park Access

Liked: Came for a local concert. The location was perfect for making Uber 's to the Tempe Beach park very convenient and affordable.
Disliked: Felt like the breakfast should have come complimentary with the stay.

Stayed to visit family

Liked: The hotel was in a great location, just off campus. The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, lots of pillows and the TV has basic cable. Overall the price was right for the room.
Disliked: The pool was very disappointing, about the size of a parking spot, no great place to lounge The breakfast was all sugar and carbs.There was nowhere to really hang anything and the bathroom had no counter space or shelves.
