Bad exoerience!!

Liked: Service was poor!! Wellcome drink was served in a soft drink glass. The worst my wife left a cost in the room and when we asked for it, we never got any explanation!! So amazing how things that you accidentally may leave in the room, afterwords it disappeared with no explanation!! The guy incharge Mark could not explain anything!! Extremely bad
Disliked: The fact I forgot a coat jacket in the roomAnd it was lost. Perhaps stolen!! After a week I still have no explanation!! The service at Nickel was horrible!!

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location for visiting downtown Denver.
Disliked: The hotel is starting to show it's age. In our room, some updating to the bathroom had happened in the past few decades, but many things weren't right. Both sinks barely drained until after we reported it and they fixed it. The shower head had pulled out of the ceiling sheet rock and looked sketchy.
