Fantastic location, quite comfortable hotel.

Liked: Location is fantastic. A two minute walk to Piazza Navona and all of the lovely cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very old and full of character. Clean, comfortable and spacious room.
Disliked: We were on the top (4th) floor. There is no lift which meant a hefty climb up the spiral stone staircase. This was ok for us but would definitely be a challenge for anyone who didn’t feel particularly fit or mobile.

Very good

Liked: location is great, staff nice, breakfast was good. Room size was ample; shower and bathroom good suze.
Disliked: We are getting old and this hotel has no elevator.

Best location and value in...

Liked: On a quiet street, but in the middle of a bustling, interesting area. The facilities are comfortable and clean. The staff are efficient, accommodating and go out of their way to be helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was very good.
Disliked: We are 74 years young, but we had 4 flights of stairs……no elevator. There was no mention of this in the booking literature.

Convenient, small comfy room

Liked: Great location near restaurants and within a 20 minute walk of many attractions. Comfy bed and basic breakfast
Disliked: There are a few steps to climb (about 100 to get to the 3rd floor). It is typically small for Rome.
