They were closed and nobody...

Disliked: Hotel closed. We searched for another hotel just to sleep with my family after a long day travelling all the way from Lebanon. The cost was 35% higher than my booking done through Booking.com. Unacceptable.!!!!

Liked: We arrived to the hotel to find it closed! They cancelled our booking some months ago after hurricane damage but could not contact us as they were not given our contact details by booking.com. We managed to get booked into another hotel but are still awaiting a refund of our payment

Disliked: I booked 3 rooms a month ago. Paid all up front, only to arrive at the property and see that the property has been closed down since hurricane milton... so sitting in front of the empty hotel building with eight people calling customer service...they were not very helpful at all They said they would issue a refund but it would take 7- 10 days to receive...which is a lot of money to be out at christmas time with a family of 8 looking for a new place while already paying for a place...It all seemed a little sketchy. The whole inside was decorated for christmas yet had been closed since milton... Not sure if they're expecting people not to. Request their money back or what?Hopefully, I even receive the money back in 7 to ten days.As they said
