Disliked: My booking was for a queen and we left at midnight after trying to get comfy in a matrimonial. They straight up screwed us on that but it was too late to get it addressed. Also no wifi and we called down, and they didn’t show. Again late, but there was staff. We paid for a queen so technically should have asked for our money back since we didn’t stay all night but we had been walking the area and were too tired and had another place to stay so we left. Look on the bright side we got a good shower a piece for 1800. Most expensive shower in Puebla Centro which feels like a badge of honor or something. My advice to the property as a non-expert but they got you got the money from’Please don’t sell a queen to people then stick them with a matrimonial. Just FYI we don’t care how nice the place is.
