Liked: Absolutely beautiful property, and the staff were so helpful! Thank you so much for looking after me and I wish I could have stayed longer - I will be coming back and will be staying here.

Superb

Huge disappointment for the price...

Liked: Not much to be honest. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were good but certainly not worth €35.
Disliked: Noise from the street and the hall kept us awake most of the night. The lighting the rooms is very dim. The bathroom and toilet are open to the bedroom without a door, just a tinted glass screen. The floors were very creaky and noisy, the lift was scuffed with marks everywhere, often the reception desk did not have a receptionist and our baggage, which was supposed to be out in a back room for safe keeping before we left, were left in the reception area for 3 hours, although we had specified that the bags had a computer and so needed to be safely kept. Sofa in one of the rooms was marked and looked dirty.

Top quality apartment, well equipped...

Liked: Beautiful and spacious, extremely well equipped. Everything was top quality.
Disliked: Only criticism was the shower-cubicle in the upstairs en suite was quite small for the shower so hard to have a shower if you didn’t want to get your hair wet.

If we visit Antwerp again...

Liked: Staff really helpful. Relaxed atmosphere, great quite location
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very friendly staff, real "hosts", no complaints
Disliked: Beautiful room, please fix the shower plate, prevent it from flooding (drain does not cope with the rainshower and that is too bad, for such a lovely room and bathroom

Hotel was the best part...

Liked: Great central location, great breakfast included with excellent coffee available all day. Clean and a very comfortable bed
