Liked: The staff were extremely helpful. I first got a room near the building entrance which was a bit noisy everytime someone would exit or enter the building. After telling them, although they were fully booked, they changed my room to one which is further away and very quiet. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that my room was in a separate building and didn't have direct access to reception and breakfast room. In addition, this building didn't have a lift, only stairs, which made it difficult to get to the room with a large, heavy suitcase

Liked: Good location - in the city centre and close to the train station. Very nice staff!!! My rating of 6 means pleasant, which means positive.
Disliked: WiFi did not work most of the time, rooms were very small and acoustic, but pleasant.
