Liked: Convenient location, good breakfast and staff in the breakfast room was polite. The bed was quite comfortable.
Disliked: First of all, the cleaning policy every 3 days is not very pleasant as neither baskets are changed nor the room is cleaned. There wasn't even a glass in the room, let alone a kettle which is useful. Finally, I will mention an unpleasant event, as late at night I needed a chamomile because I was not feeling well and the staff at the reception were indifferent and did not help at all, with the excuse that the bar is closed. He didn't even give us a glass of hot water! Of course I would pay for it, I didn't ask for it for free! I feel bad for the experience I had.
