Generally unsuitable for business travelers.

Liked: Great location in downtown Sutter Creek
Disliked: Noooo Service. Whatsoever. Nobody at the front desk, no towels, sheets, soap or supplies. No charger ports by the bedside.

Disliked: Bar closed very early, was expecting to have a nightcap after the show at the theater

Liked: Wonderful location for Sutter Theater. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom. TV volume complaint addressed while I was out of the room. Thank you! Restaurant for breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: Long wait for hot water in shower. Conditioner and bath gel dispensers inoperable. Volume on tv but … taken care of.

Disappointing

Liked: Waited 15 minutes for someone to show at the desk The beds were not comfortable and the noise from inside the hotel and outside was very high. Overall I would not stay here again.

Liked: Rustic hotel
Disliked: Did not have staff to open the lobby after I went out for coffee at 8am. I was locked out.

This is our third time...

Liked: Great location, lots of character and wonderful bar.
Disliked: Carpet needs an update
