Great location but just ok...

Liked: The location was great and staff very pleasant.
Disliked: The second bedroom of our suite was awful. The beds had no padding and walls were dirty. I expect all rooms/beds to be of the same caliber when booking a high end suite.

Liked: Location in historic centre. Room with the view, but without real balcony..
Disliked: No pool, only underground parking, impossible to use for larger vans. Room was not ready when we arrived on 15:30.

My favorite hotel to stay...

Liked: My second time staying in this hotel because I feel very comfortable. I always recommend this hotel to people who plans to visit Dresden. In 2018 they had a couple bell boys to help with the suitcases but this year they don’t have a single one.
