Nice place and price if...

Liked: Price and general facilities.
Disliked: Some rules like visits were not explained before the reservation, so I had a discussion with the staff.

Liked: Location is good , the staff was really nice, comfy bed and pillows,
Disliked: The room was smaller than I thought, during hot days I saw some ants in the bathroom and in the bureau
