Liked: We recently stayed at Hotel Normandin Levis, and we must say the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process.The room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with a well-thought-out design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, such as the Nespresso machine and large TV, made our stay feel luxurious. The bathroom was spacious with high-quality toiletries, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect.We also had the pleasure of visiting their spa area, and it was a truly relaxing experience. The ambiance was calm and serene, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind after a long day. The hot tub was spacious, with the perfect water temperature to melt away stress.Another plus was the convenient location. The hotel offers easy access to the highway, making it a great spot for both leisure and business travelers. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from downtown Quebec City.For breakfast, you have two choices: they offered a continental option for around $12 per person ,or a 20% discount coupon for a restaurant across the street, allowing us to choose a more substantial meal if we preferred. While the continental breakfast felt a bit limited compared to what we expected, this detail didn’t detract from our overall positive experience.Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Normandin Levis for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future!
Disliked: As for breakfast, it would have been amazing if they had a complete breakfast option instead of just a continental one. However, this isn’t a complaint, as we enjoyed the restaurant across the street from the hotel, which offered a 20% discount with our stay.
