My stay was excellent, though...

Liked: Overall, I had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere made a great impression. I was immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk, who assisted my spouse and me with check-in. She was incredibly helpful and provided detailed information about the hotel’s amenities. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of both the hotel and my room. I stayed in the superior king bedroom with a kitchenette, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless from top to bottom, which added to my comfort and satisfaction. One detail I especially appreciated was the personalized greeting on the TV, displaying my name. It was a thoughtful touch that made me feel valued as a guest.
Disliked: The only aspect I was not pleased with was the restaurant “Normandin,” which is part of the franchise but separate from the hotel. While the waitress provided good service, the food itself was disappointing. I just wish it had more flavor and overall quality.
