Will not be back.

Disliked: Desk clerks not welcoming. They show no concern about our keycards deactivated on our last night stay. Old and hard towels. Tub and sink clogged. No toiletries.

Amazing experience!

Liked: The location is great, especially when you have a family vacation! We enjoyed the pool and having a cup of hot chocolate at night after visiting the city
Disliked: The staff was very professional and the customer service was amazing!

Liked: Everything was nice and comfortable. My girls enjoyed the pool and the sprinklers.
Disliked: Nothing particular. Maybe more gluten-free options at breakfast.
