Disliked: While this property advertised heating, the heating was not turned on despite requesting. The reverse cycle air conditioner didn’t really work. Room cleaning didn’t include changing towels.

Liked: Location, comfortable rooms and facilities,friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Smoking area is between the two properties and need the smell of tobacco is very offensive. This is a general issue with properties in Italy as smoking is not very restricted.

Disliked: Weak aircon in the summer. Small bathroom

Nice people, rooms in need...

Liked: The people! So nice, so helpful stuff. They understood and helped us with a situation regarding the booking. The fact that they have parking. The proximity to city center.
Disliked: We really thought that the room was in need of renovation, everything seems a little bit old, used. The floor is really noisy. Anyway, it is a pleasant space but could be much better in order to be fair with the price.
