Liked: We loved the large room and the comfortable beds. Bathroom was great and the staff were welcoming. Very nice breakfast.

Liked: Stayed only one night but found the location within easy walking distance of restaurants. Breakfast was good. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: It is a bit hard to find as it's a small hotel set back from the street. I had to count the street numbers to find it. Access was a bit inconvenient as I had to park at the back to unload luggage and there is no sign at the back indicating which door is the hotel's. This may only be a problem in the winter when street parking is difficult due to snow.

Liked: Elegant, clean, extremely comfortable rooms. The restaurant downstairs was excellent.
Disliked: My flight to Montreal was canceled due to inclement weather, prompting me to call the hotel to request the cancellation of my first night's reservation without a fee. They kindly agreed to waive the charge with proof of the airline delay. Upon arrival, the front desk staff took copies of our airline receipts and confirmed that we would not be charged for the first night. However, when we checked out, we noticed that we were indeed charged.We brought this to the attention of the front desk, explaining that we had received different information from two staff members regarding the cancellation. Unfortunately, the manager upheld the charge, stating that any miscommunication was a training issue. Given the circumstances and the misinformation we received, I believe it would have been fair to receive credit for the first night. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope my feedback can help improve communication in the future.

Liked: everything was good, the staff was friendly, especially Xavier at the reception, the rooms and the hotel were clean, the location was great, the metro was a 10-minute walk away, we would be happy to return to this hotel!
Disliked: expensive parking!
