The location of the hotel...

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is very diligent in helping. Air conditioning is sufficient. The rooms have balconies and the size of the balconies is good.
Disliked: The rooms are small and the furniture is old fashioned. The beds were not very comfortable. Also, the elevator doors cannot be stopped when they start to close.

Liked: Normal small hotel, for a few days stay is quite ok.

Liked: The near to the walking street the friendly help full stuff
Disliked: Noise on the floor and from the neighbours rooms ( thin doors and walls ) building from the early 70‘s

Liked: Great location. A room was really clean and just enough size for a single traveler. All staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Superb

Liked: I knew exactly what to expect from the comments of other guests and the description of the structure by the owners. This is obviously not a 4 stars hotel but it is clean, in a strategic part of Lignano Sabbiadoro (close to the beach, in the city center). The staff was very nice and friendly. Also, it was extremely good value for money. We will come back!

Very friendly and helpful management who help us with everything that we needed, from recommendations for places to eat to a safe place to store our bicycles.You notice immediately his commitment to make you feel comfortable and welcome during the stay.
