Liked: The staff was excellent, friendly, professional and provided precise directions and suggestions
Disliked: Zurich is an expensive city but absolutely wonderful

Old hotel. Prepare for adjustments.

Liked: No ventilation. Was tild that because it was not summer time yet, the AC was not working. Only the heater. So we had to sleep with the windows open. That meant we had to deal with the traffic noise and people coming out of the train station yelling.Other than that, the hotel is pretty good.
