Very accommodating, pleasant and kind....
Liked: The staff were friendly and accomodating to us. They were flexible with check in times, allowing us to use their extra facilities and the owner Oliver drove me to Andermatt at 5 am in his van because the public transport had not started for the day.

Liked: We just stayed there to be early at Gotthard tunnel to avoid heavy traffic, this worked fine (even though we had to get up early nevertheless)
Disliked: Finding the receptionist was a challenge. None of the 3 different telephone numbers that where given in the hotels door where answered. We had to search the receptionist in the restaurant of the hotel. Our room was located on the 4th floor without elevator. The stairs where really narrow and therefore it was a challenge to get our big suitcases up there.The room was small (but sufficient for one night), but it was not the cleanest.All in all it was too expensive in my opinion.
