Ideal hotel for a frequent...

Liked: The room is equipped with all you need (the desk, the good chair for the desk, the electric pot, the closet with smart design). The bath room is also compact yet sufficiently equipped. Ideal for a frequent business traveler.The breakfast buffet is great with variety and good quality. Last but not least, the reception staff is kind, helpful and efficient with providing information. I felt very welcomed at the check-in.
Disliked: The desk light and the radiator need to be dusted off. Behind the curtain, there was a dried laundry of previous guest hung on the radiator.

Lovely hotel.

Liked: The room had coffee and tea making facilities and was very spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I did NOT like that Booking.com supplied NO CONTACT details for the hotel because I was very delayed in the travel due to the german railways having issues on the 2 Oct. This meant I arrived at 23.15 at the hotel and it was all closed up and I had no contact point meaning I had to book another hotel for that evening. BOOKING.COM REALLY NEED TO SUPPLY CONTACT DETAILS OF HOTELS.

Good location, staff is fine

Liked: Very good location for city center and as well Exhibition area. Staff is very kind and take care promptly of any request.Welcome drink is nice and appreciated.
Disliked: Cleaning service could be improved, as well as toilet equipment.TV service is only with local channels, and being Essen an international fair location, some international channels will be appreciated.
