Perfect hotel for a stay...

Liked: Location, perfect if you want to stay in mid town, staff so friendly and complimentary breakfast provided which was also perfect to set you up for the day. We got an upgrade so our room was really nice and big especially for NYC. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Liked: Excellent service at the entrance, from the doorman to the receptionist.Excellent decor hotel, very clean and very comfortable.We got an extra apartment and we are very satisfied. The street is right in the center of events, but still quiet for a night's rest. The beds are comfortable, fantastic.Small complaint about the breakfast, but ok if you consider that it is just the start for a tour through NY and Manhattan.

Liked: Great location close to subway. Complimentary breakfast was nice, maybe more of selection of breads.
Disliked: Rooms could use a little upgrade.

Liked: It was perfect. Great location. Accessible to subway and great local attractions. Bonus: offered discounts to local restaurants. Great lounge for evening bevies, eating take out or just lounging. Surprise complementary breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Not much!

great stay in the heart...

Liked: incredible location - right in the centre of koreatown - walking distance from penn station/MSG/empire statestaff were really helpful and friendlygood amenities
Disliked: no access to wifi during our entire stay - apparently a streetwide issue but wish this was communicated to us beforehand
