Liked: The view of St. Cernin, paid extra.
Disliked: Shabby one-storey walk-up. Tiny elevator to 3rd floor. Dreary atmosphere altogether. No balcony (as booked) due to construction work. Bath and shower arrangements impossible: no curtain, standing shower in open space bathtub (!) results in flooding. WC door sticks, tiny space. Wifi breaks up at any moment, constant reconnection necessary. Reception often not open, staff doing their best. Breakfast avoided due to poor reviews, bars around the corner adequate. Toulouse in general in steep decline.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel has a great location. For those who are not longing for modern accommodation this hotel is the right choice. Everything was good, In case I am in Toulouse one day would surely stay there again.
Disliked: Because I have used to another kind of breakfast the meal was not sufficient for me. I would recommend to ask the foreign guests about their preferencies.

Fantastic boutique hotel with good...

Liked: Location, location! This hotel is truly on the square at the beautiful St. Sernin Basilica. We stood on the balcony and appreciated the breeze and the comings and goings below. The desk manager was extremely helpful and advised us on bus travel options and walking directions. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: Lots of stairs, so be warned.
