Close to the Fisher Theater and indoor mall - did not have to go out into the rain. Food was very good. We will be going back.

Liked: It was fairly clean
Disliked: There was no hot water for the whole weekend.

Liked: Parking was good & they should have gave me a discount because of the issues below
Disliked: I booked 2 Queen bed room & when we checked in they gave us had trash still there from previous customers, sheets were in a ball on the bed, a dirty towel etc. I went back to tell them I ordered 2 queen bed & it was dirty. They gave me a king bed after.

Liked: The old elegant look. The friendly and helpful staff the art work throughout the hotel. The location was perfect.
Disliked: No fitness facilities

Disliked: No hot water to shower with in the morning, No breakfast options available. No bottle water available in the room
