Liked: We liked that the hotel was in the quarter and easy to get to.
Disliked: Parking was more than the listing stated, and they took our keys while the car was in the lot. Listing also showed a room with two queens beds, but our room was a king and a twin. When we went back to look so we could say something to the beak, the reservation just said a quadruple room.

Great Hotel in the Quarter

Liked: The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel with a lot of charm. Some of the plumbing fixtures need repair.

Nice place to stay in...

Liked: Historic building in a great location about a block from Louis Armstrong Park, in a quiet, residential part of the French Quarter. In keeping with the original design of the building, there is no lobby or common area, but they do have a free coffee service in the morning. As I was travelling solo I booked a single room, which was small but comfortable. The shower was maybe the best one I had of the several places I stayed in New Orleans!
Disliked: Nothing. It's a quiet place to sleep while exploring the French Quarter, so no bar, hotel facilities etc., but it was just what I wanted.

Liked: Very nice, charming boutique hotel. Staff were extremely nice. Check in and check out was easy. Location was fantastic, close enough to everything but not too loud. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent choice for the price in the French Quarter.

Kitties, pool, walking distance, amazing...

Liked: Zach and Kim were awesome! Fantastic location! So walkable and so cute! They have two resident kitty cats that were fun to see everyday!
Disliked: There was one unfriendly guy one night but he wasn't too bad!

Amazing , elegant and romantic...

Liked: They did have snacks for purchase, coffee, tea & lemon water always available! The rooms were very clean and amazing. I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi tub which was very relaxing and was clean. It had a stand in shower with glass! The regular room I had next had a standard bath/shower whichwas nice! Very exclusive and romantic environment and the outside brick patio was exquisite with greenery and two swimming pools with lounge chairs. They even had two cats that were very friendly!
Disliked: The inside of the toilet could’ve been a little more thoroughly cleaned where the hard to get places were.

Best trip in NOLA to...

Liked: The staff were courteous and attentive. Facilities are gorgeous and clean. Location is perfect in the French Quarter. I couldn’t have asked for better.
Disliked: Being more upfront about parking costs in booking.com
