Liked: The room was clean,Valet parking.
Disliked: No replinishment of make up wipe, or any other item of toiletry.No warm blanket, only a throw. Room get cold at night dye to window bad isolation.

Liked: There was beeping noise in the bathroom and it stopped and started again and again. I couldn’t sleep so I called the reception @4:00 am. This guy on a night shift came and offered to do the room change. I changed the room however there was another noise again and I couldn’t get any rest and I had to check out early in the morning. This front desk clerk who checked my room told me he would ask the manager if they could give me refund or do something.When I check out I asked this front desk lady about the refund . she told me I should ask booking.com first and then hotel manager and booking will find the solution. Could you please check and respond to this matter? Thank you.

Disliked: Ac was hard to control either cold or too warm and it was a bit loud. Coffee station area needed proper dusting and deeper cleaning.

luxury but a bit disappointing

Liked: the hotel staffs are helpful but lacking in execution. I left a message to tell them that flowers will be delivered the next Dat. when the flowers arrived the staff didn't know what to do with flowers. Lucky I asked.
Disliked: small gym and not clear how to get there.
