Convenient hotel for St. Olav...

Liked: The hotel has an internal connection with the St. Olav Hospital, that was the most important thing for us, as we came especially for the hospital. You do not need to go outside in case you need to go to any hospital department- just follow the long corridors and signs- very convenient.
Disliked: Rooms are old and beds are not very comfy, however, I got an additional pillow /pillows are very thin/. It is a basic hotel for people who need to visit the hospital. Breakfast was good.

Nice and quiet stay in...

Liked: The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a huge choice of hot and cold dishes, including eggs and bacon every day.The hotel in general and the room were very clean and tidy. If you're planning to stay at this hotel, you should be aware of that it is affiliated with the regional hospital, and the look and feel of the place is accordingly; meticulously clean and also somewhat sterile. There are no carpets, the walls are white; there is no bar (beer and wine can be purchased in the reception until 22:30 and taken to your room for consumption). Most of the guests are patients' families and some hospital patients too. None of this need be a problem, but it's not a standard hotel environment.
