Liked: The views from the room and the restaurant were stunning. The room and bed was very comfortable.The meal at night was delicious but limited menu.The breakfast was very good especially continental choices.The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Although the views are stunning, the hotel is on a very steep hill. If you have infirmities then need to get a taxi into town.

Disliked: I liked everything about the hotel. The outside entry could use climbing roses or artwork. I imagine it will be done while updating.

Lovely atmosphere with very helpful...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable, though having to get out of the lift on the 6th floor and walk up to the 7th made it a bit challenging when carrying luggage. However, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay very enjoyable. I would definitely return to the St Moritz in Queenstown, and next time, I’d aim for a room with a view on the 6th floor for added convenience.
Disliked: The lift not going to the 7th floor.
