Liked: Charming, well-located property. Well-maintained and clean. But best part was the kind and attentive staff. They went out of their way to help us feel at home. Coral Gables as a destination was a wonderful surprise, too. Great for walking and restaurants. We will definitely return to the St. Michel.

Liked: Loved the neighbourhood, safe , clean and upscale. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Used the valet parking situated outside the hotel.Trolley stop and buses close by to get to Little Havanah , South beach and all the sights. Helpful friendly staff.
Disliked: Complimentary coffee, juice, croissants and fruit but no full breakfast included at a high end price.

Unique hotel & experience

Liked: Unique historic hotel. Clean with modern remodeling. Old fashioned elevator with attendant was an experience. Very cool. Nice restaurant.
Disliked: Parking accommodations should be explained in advance.
