A+ Staff! Consider Balcony Noise

Liked: Friendly staff were top notch. Location was so close to bourbon street but felt removed enough to have a more peaceful vibe. Street balcony room was huge.
Disliked: Street balcony room is not for light sleepers. Even for heavy sleepers, the dumpster noise at 4am is no joke!

Liked: Very close to the centre of French Quarter but in a quiet side street so not disturbed by nighttime revellers
Disliked: Very poor housekeeping- dirty towels , dirty carpet , coffee machine not working and not cleaned.

We received an upgrade bcz...

Liked: Had the Vintage look but was very old and had a smell in the lobby and the cafe area..needs updating carpets, furniture etc..the mattress was just ok need new pillows also
Disliked: Too old needs updating new furniture chairs in rooms sat low to floor the carpets definitely needs replaced the bathrooms were nice and updated
