Liked: Everything about my stay at this hotel was excellent. Could not fault it.

Exceptional staff.

Liked: We checked in really late, 8pm but this staff name Albena made our check-in smooth and easy. She knows we're tired. She even helped us carried our luggage. Since we're checking-out very early, she made sure we had our breakfast prepared in a bag that we can bring along with us. Truly exceptional service. Thank you again Albena, you've made our one night stay very memorable.

Liked: I loved the breakfast selection especially the homemade Birchermuesli and the chocolate loaf. The location was excellent and we felt totally safe. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the young gentleman who checked us in and upgraded our room. Also to the breakfast lady who went above and beyond to get me a croissant as the order didn’t come in for the hotel. She also let me come in early to enjoy a cappuccino.
Disliked: The cost of the hotel is expensive for a Canadian traveller. However I really enjoyed staying at this upscale hotel to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary!
