Liked: breakfast just great but not much choices , taste just fine. hospatility is top notch , room is nice although there’s a couple bugs in my toilets. but its not big deal. but the ambience is quite nice , surrounding also quite . love it

Great hotel with convenient location

Liked: Friendly staff who offered free art museum tickets, clean and beautiful room, comfortable bed, great shower, and location only a few minutes' walk from the main train station. Included breakfast was the standard buffet, and good. No A/C in winter, but great airflow through the windows if you get hot.

This is a great find...

Liked: The top thing to mention is the staff. Across the board the staff made an offer to make the stay enjoyable. For example, they took time to show me my room and I had an early check out and they offered to open the breakfast early. The location is also perfect if you hope to be in central Zurich.

Should perfection exist on earth...

Liked: Everything...OK, fairly expensive but well put together and run... so overall, very good value for money. Beautiful room...calming and relaxing. Having found this place, I don't think I would need consider another hotel for next time in Zurich.
