Exceptional

Enjoyable but the receptions and...

Liked: The room was super and so was the breakfast
Disliked: The reception area was awful. Very dull. The Wintergarden too was a disappointment.

A good stay in a...

Liked: The location, the sauna area, the breakfast was pretty good and the licorice balls at reception. The rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: Initially very formal staff and not so welcoming and showing us around etc., the lounge area was okay. Fire was not so big and it was very cold. Would be great if the bar opened earlier in day even for coffee hot chocolate etc.

Disliked: Closed in feeling of hotel, small public areas, having to make a reservation to use the pool

Perfect.

We had a lovely stay!

Liked: Super breakfast. Silent room (4th floor facing to park). Very nice style and harmonious. Great staff.
Disliked: Sauna stow was at the end of its lifecycle and needed replacing as it didn’t give “löylyä” but this is a minor thing.
